Refunds, Returns & Rescheduling

Scope
This policy applies to Inspiretobeu coaching/workshop sessions and programs purchased directly from ITBU (Stripe links, invoices). Journals are sold via Amazon and follow Amazon's return policy.
Rescheduling
48+ Hours Notice
You may reschedule at no cost with ≥48 hours' notice.
Less Than 48 Hours
<48 hours' notice: reschedule requests are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
(Optional "conversion" variant): One free reschedule per booking if requested ≥24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions/Programs

7+ Days Before
≥7 calendar days before first scheduled session: 100% refund.

24-48 Hours Before
24–48 hours before: 50% refund.

Less Than 24 Hours
<24 hours or no-show: No refund (staff time and room holds are committed).

ITBU Cancels
If ITBU cancels for any reason, you may choose a 100% refund or free reschedule.
Multi-Session Programs
4- or 8-Session Programs
Refund Windows
Refund windows are based on the start date of the first session.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions are eligible for credit toward future dates at ITBU's discretion if a schedule change is needed (no cash refund after the start date).
Journals (Physical Products)
Journals are purchased via Amazon. Please use Amazon's returns/refund process and timelines.
For journal returns and refunds, please follow Amazon's standard return policy and procedures.
Processing Times & Organizations
Processing Times
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method; banks typically post within 5–10 business days.
Organizations / Schools
If your organization requires a W-9, purchase order, or credit memo, contact vlopez@inspiretobeu.com. Contracted terms that are more generous than this policy will apply.
Force Majeure
If events beyond anyone's control (e.g., closures, weather) disrupt delivery, ITBU will reschedule at no cost or refund upon request.
